Water, running - can free us from our negative states
"Negative mental states such as grief, sadness and discouragement, are produced by impurities you have allowed to enter you, and they upset your mental body – just like poison or other toxic substances can upset your physical body. But learning how to use the powers of water, you will acquire the means to remedy these situations.
So, watch water flow, and listen to it. It does not matter whether it is a spring, a stream, or a waterfall – running water frees up the solar plexus and releases the dark and disharmonious elements disturbing it. Because running water symbolises the perpetual renewal of life, by watching it, it has an influence on you. Of course in cities, in everyday life, it is not easy to find springs and waterfalls. Well then you can just open a tap for a while! It is less poetic, but it can be just as effective. The important thing is for you to make contact with running water.
