"The laboratories in which scientists carry out their research are wonderfully equipped, but you should know that nature gave all of us a personal laboratory at birth – ourself: our own body, psyche, heart, mind, soul and spirit. So, the experiments you can engage in are not just those outside of you; each of you can carry out research and make discoveries deep inside yourself as well, using your sensations, feelings and thoughts.
Each of you must become aware that you possess an extraordinary laboratory within yourself; nothing is missing: all substances and elements are represented there, and you can work even better there than in the outer laboratories. Why? Because, despite technical progress, the instruments needed to discover all the elements that exist in nature have still not been successfully manufactured, whereas, within men and women, all the instruments and elements are already there at their disposal."Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov
