Peak - symbol of the goal you are aiming for
"Hold the image of a mountain peak as one of the best symbols of the divine ideal you are striving to attain. Even if it always remains unachievable, the important thing is never to lose sight of it.
When you focus on the image of a peak, you have no alternative but to keep projecting yourself forwards, moving on to ever higher stages, and you will gradually feel the beneficial effects of this mental practice reflected in your daily life. Each time you have a problem to solve, a decision to make, a difficulty to face, you will master the situation better, because you will be able to view it from a greater distance, a greater height.
