"Thought is a living being. Made up of subtle materials, it is a living, active being in the region where it dwells, and because human beings fail to recognize this, they are deluged by problems and trials. They fail to see, they do not sense that their thought is at work, building up or destroying, and so they allow themselves to think anything, they indulge in all kinds of thoughts and then they are surprised at what happens to them. Thought is a living reality, which is why you must watch yourself to ensure that you project only the best thoughts, thoughts filled with love, goodness, light and harmony. This is where true knowledge begins, in the awareness that thought is a reality. Indeed, all the thoughts we form are a reality, however weak or insignificant they may be." Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov
